Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hammersmith, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
After submitting my application online, I completed online competency tests, followed by a telephone interview which then lead me to the final stage at an assessment centre. At the assessment centre, we were required to complete a mathematical test and under go a group negotiation task. A day prior to the assessment centre, we were told to prepare a 30 minute pitch for a new fragrance product. Once we arrived, we were given further information which we had to include in this pitch. If you made the cut after this point, you were then given a face-to-face interview.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
