The hiring process was very quick for me but I've heard this isn't always the case. I first spoke with a top level Director over the phone for about an hour and was then set-up with an in person interview. I came in and met with a HR recruiter and the Brand Marketing Director (who would be my direct boss). We reviewed my CV as in any interview, then discussed topics such as career ambition, brand placement, Digital evolution, and the future of marketing & beauty.

The process was very well organized and everyone involved made it enjoyable! However, I went through 2 interviews + a huge task to find out that they weren’t capable of providing the salary range which I stated from the start, which felt a bit like a waste of time.

They called me and arranged face to face interview with hr specialist and marketing manager. 2 weeks later I had an interview at their office. They waited me for 15 minutes.

I received an email scheduling a zoom call, but there was no link to join the meeting. The interviewer wasn't responsive in sending the link and it ended up starting 15 minutes late.
