I had been referred by a former L'Oréal employee and I sent my application package to the Canadian HR located in Montreal. Received a response in about 5 days inviting me to a phone interview. Phone interview was fairly simple. I was asked about my candidate profile, previous work experiences, interest in L'Oréal etc. At the end of the phone interview an in-person interview with the unit manager was scheduled in a month's time (since it was Christmas time). Unit manager was very polite and spent most of the interview explaining her 40 year experience at L'Oréal, what the job function is and what deliverables are expected of me. After a week, I was asked to meet the head of HR. I thought it was going to be another round of interviews, but thankfully I was brought in to be given a job offer.
