Initial interview was virtual with a recruiter. Second interview was virtual with hiring manager and third interview was a panel with key stakeholders. The last interview was situational based with a question from each stakeholder in the business.

Head hunter contacted for the position, and communicated the job description, company profile. The head hunter asked for an initial interview/ screening activity and then forwarded their own writeup to the employer. 3 interviews at the parent company. regional team were also involved for the interview process. The renumeration discussion came at the end and was a bit of bargain instead of a set package

Swift, the interviewer was very friendly and open about the role and its full scope, prepared to get know you over the phone including your communication style and soft skills; appreciated the fact that that was given an advice not to expect any career advancement or placement in other departments at a later stage if accepted this role
