I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Feb 2016
Interview
Longwinded application process but assessment centre wasn't too stressful, cut at half time if you don't pass maths test. One on one interview at the end with competency questions. They gave a free lunch which was nice and could talk to graduates.
Okay. I was rejected by mistake which is surprising and I was contacted about a month after which was surprising yet I was excited about it. Currently waiting to hear back from them after taking my cognitive tests a few weeks ago too.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Fast Tracked from my university and invited to an assessment centre a few months after. The assessment centre was good, everyone was friendly, and a lovely work environment. Had a math test, a group task and a presentation, but got cut off during the lunch break. after the lunch break I think there was one to one interviews.
