I applied for a role. I then had an interview with HR. It lasted 1h aprox and was quite classical (questions below). I was then told I didn't know quite fit with the role I was applying for as it was highly technical and more senior. However, they told me my profile could work for other positions. They passed my CV to the rest of the HR team and I got another interview 1 week later. The interview lasted 1h15 aprox, filled with marketing-oriented and profile-screening questions. I have the feeling it went well but there is currently no position opened in L'Oreal. Therefore I was told I would be contacted again in case something opened in the future.
It left me quite confused as to why they would put me through an interviewing process that early when they already knew no position was opened at that moment. But oh well, let's see in the future, we never know!
