R1: Recruiter Zoom call, R2: group case study, Acceptance.
Honestly everything was very smooth and you can 100% prepare for the case study within the given time, just reference recent projects/missions and integrate your findings into the case study.
Average interview
Application
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Apr 2012
Interview
Applied through a school portal. Got a phone call from an HR executive a few weeks later. She asked some general things about myself and some part about my resume. Went for an interview with the brand manager a few weeks later. Generally, the interview was very casual and standard. She walked me through my interview and asked some personal question. Overall, not much pressure.
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Very positive experience, behavioural interview with HR, followed by a traditional interview with team's manager. I had to follow up several times before I received a response, but communication was positive.
