I sent a spontaneous application with my curriculum vitae and a cover letter. A few days later I was contacted by phone and had a phone interview. A few days later I had a skype interview. At first they asked me CV related questions and then asked me to do a case study and an exercise on excel.

Not very difficult and interview in a small roon with HR only
Guess im not the candidate they want but still thanks for the chance. The office is modern and seem the employee all wfh during that time.
