I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Istanbul) in Oct 2017
Interview
They reached me via Linkedin, I had a phone interview with HR. After I had a 1-1 interview with the position manager and finally CFO interview. The overall process was very straightforward and I got the offer in 2 weeks. Phone interview was very easy, it mostly included standard HR questions. 1-1 interview with the manager was more technical. It was again a straightforward interview with an conversation environment. CFO interview is the most technical. He asked small case questions about the job.
Trop procédurier , questions toutes faites qui ne tendent pas vers le dialogue . Il avait une liste de questions à poser et écoutait à peine mes réponses , très frustrant !
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Paris) in Oct 2025
Interview
The hiring manager seems to already have an internal candidate, and the whole interview just felt like completing a task... didn't really ask any questions, just talking about the job description repeatedly
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Warschau, Masowien)
Interview
Relatively straightforward. Good cultural questions and seemed to prioritise getting the right team member. Head office is lovely and has a great vibe. The interview manager was a great resource for information on the team and opportunities.
