They made us do case studies, debates, interviews and more interactive activities. They scored us on a scale 1-5. It was not a bad experience. But i will say, when I walked in the interviewees were kissing the interns hello while shaking the hands of new individuals. I found this to be quite inappropriate. They do not provide feedback on why they rejected you. I also found that it was not really a good idea to give all of us a tour of the office as this makes it more upsetting when you do not receive an offer. Overall it was an okay experience but I do find the lack of feedback makes the process feel like a waste of time if you do not receive an offer as you are left with questions.
