I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
I was introduced to the hiring manager by a former colleague. Met informally with her, then went through the formal hiring process typical of big companies - phone interview with HR, followed by in person with HR and hiring manager, then back for another in person interview with the SVP of the group.
Very easy with small questions. They just asked me about previous experiences. It was very helpfull with lots of good points and helped me improve my personal skills as well.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (New York, NY)
Interview
4 rounds - HR, direct manager, SVP, HR again all behavioral via zoom 45 mins each took over 2 months no case study or tests everyone was friendly and genuine
