I applied online for a management trainee position at L'Oreal Indonesia (Jakarta). The first step was phone interview for about 15 minutes. It was three days after i applied online. The question was about the reason why you want to work there, your work experience, etc. After that, i was invited to assessment day in the Head Office. It started with 'three minutes presentation of selling yourself' and continued with short interview. Some candidates were selected to continue to focus group discussion (FGD). I failed at this stage. The candidates who passed FGD would continue to business case study.

Primero entrevista individual con Dirección y tests. Luego Grupal con otras t personas y HR de LOreal. La próximo instancia será presencial. Avanza bastante rápido, amable y sencilla. Quieren ver cómo te desenvokves en grupo más que nada

Qué marca de LOreal admiración particularmente y por qué?
brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
