The process took 3 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2011
Interview
Played the online game: Reveal by L'Oreal. Got a call from HR 3 weeks after completing the game. First phone interview was an hour long behavioral. Received second phone interview that was more marketing-based and asked questions regarding creativity and what my favorite brand is. Final in-person interview was more marketing technical. I had to review product packaging and give recommendations. Overall, L'Oreal does not give the easiest interviews, but if you are confident, it is a plus!
Good, it was a normal superday with behavioral, technical, and group interviews. Wasn't that draining and more fun than not. Loreal gives you a note for the superday so you don't miss anything.
I applied for 2023 marketing summer internship in London office. Af first, I was wrongly rejected after submitting my application, the company contacted me around 2 weeks after rejecting me, and offered me online assessment. Overall not a very positive experience.
