The process was pretty straightforward, the duration of the interview was pretty quick. Two friendly interviewers who wanted to know your past work experience and your expectation of the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Oréal
Interview
After applying online at the L'Oreal site, the've send me a mail to propose a phone interview.
So first there was an interview by phone to check my languages and my motivation.
Afterwards there was an assessment day.
Finally I had an interview with the PR director to see if I really fit the team.
Not hard but need preparation for a presentation via Microsoft team. 1V1 presentation and answer questions related to the presentation and yourself. Got useful feedback afterward. Staffs are kind and nice.
