What is the main factor that influence the customers to buy products via online platform?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hoofddorp)

First round is with HR, where they will ask some questions in a 30 minutes call. After that they will say that you will hear from them in 2 weeks but 4+ weeks went till i wrote an email asking what was going on? So the HR employee replied with "We happy to let you know you been through to the next step", where i had another 30 minute call with this woman from the cosmetic E-com department, and then she also ghosted after the call? Respect people time! and even if the person is not the chosen candidate, a simple "you haven't been selected" is more than enough, 0 consideration for the effort and time you put in this company. Don't recommend at all
