I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Jakarta) in Feb 2025
Interview
It all started with screening, online assesment, HR Interview, FGD (On-site), and User Interview (On-site). Quite a lengthy recruitment process but it all worth it at the end. The most nerve wracking would be User Interview since it's a one-o-one set up.

The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
