Well I spoke to hiring manger at first, then spoke to another hiring manager. It was a long time waiting. Idk I didnt like that. Need a better process and people who actually care and like their jobs. I still like the company.

Présentez vous, comment vous voyez vous évoluer au sein du groupe ?
Very direct. 3 rounds. Very quickly if they’re interested. HR, hiring manager, department head. First was a teams call, second and third rounds in person. I applied 3 months ago and was called back two months after.
Very reasonable in their approach. I was nervous going into the interview, but after discussing it with the staff and going through the process, I felt very comfortable with everybody that I met. Really good and well run process.
