L'Oréal Management Associate Programmer interview questions

The assessment process was divided into 3 sections. First was a self introduction. Each candidate had to pick an item and explain why and how the item can represent him/her. It was then followed by a marketing case on the men beauty industry which was done in a group. Lastly, each group was given another case (financial) to be analysed and presented. Entire assessment took approx 3 hours.
