The interview process was adhoc and very poorly organised. - The first meeting was scheduled well in advance and was in-person. - The second meeting was set up with a day's notice and - the third was rescheduled from an in-person meeting to a skype call at the very last minute. In addition, the date and time of the call I was provided was incorrect and a day ahead of when it was actually scheduled for. - Post the interview process, I was asked to do an online personality test, the link for which was to be sent to me within the week, but only arrived about 10 days later. At the end of the process, there was no communication on one's selection or non-selection and one only had to guess that if you hadn't heard back from the team at the end of 3 months, it must mean that you were not selected
