I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lenovo in Sep 2020
Interview
It was one assessment, one HireVue interview, then a final round. Whole process probably took 6-8 weeks because there is a 3-4 week gap in between the HireVue and final round

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lenovo (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2018
Interview
I began interviewing with Lenovo in September 2018. It was a pretty streamlined interview process consisting of a 1:1 interview, then one where you record your answers. If you pass both you're invited for a final on-site interview at their headquarters in Raleigh, NC. The on-site interview is in 3 parts: A behavioral interview with a manager and HR rep, a team-based exercise with an observing panel, and a sales pitch presentation. The on-site is pretty fun an informative, they go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and included. They even brought in a panel of speakers to answer your questions!
The interview process was a great experience. HR and recruiting were very accommodating and super helpful throughout its entirety. One of the best experiences I have had interviewing with a company.

I personally had such a great interview experience. The whole process took around 3 months. First part of the interview was online interview, which asks you basic questions. After completing the online interview, they invited me to their HQ, in Raleigh NC for the final round. I got to meet amazing people, learn more about the company.
