Lidl Customer Assistant interview questions

The interview process was great, I was contacted within days of applying online and given a telephone interview. I was invited for a face to face interview with store and area manager. They were both very welcoming and friendly, the interview asked all questions you would expect and I felt comfortable throughout. Also a couple of the customer assistants also wished me good luck which I thought was nice. I was told I would hear if I was successful within 48 hours.

After the telephone interview, you go into the store for an in person interview. Interviewers didn't look at CV, they asked basic questions about past job experiences and scenario questions
