Lidl Customer Assistant interview questions

Group "interview" testing teamwork scenarios and general store events. Precursor online assessment gave similar scenarios but in-person element tests practical skills. Process covered more events in limited depth as day-to-day role can be quick to change.

The process went well although was quite intimidating. Started with a presentation/powerpoint on job details and company history. Pretty informal interview with standard questions. Will need preparation for this job interview.
