Multiple rounds of interviews, at least 3-4, including a presentation and analyzing a book of business. HR was generally helpful in guiding through the process. You also had to meet the team members.

Study the provided book of business and share how you would grow it.
3 in total, screening with the recruiter, competency based questions with the hiring manager then a 90 minute panel interview, which consisted of a presentation about you the candidate, a case study scenario, mock discovery and some more competency questions.
Hard process with a lot of people involved, long dragged out with recruiter being slow. Didn't end up getting the role despite strong performance throughout the process. Hopefully they speed up the process for other candidates.
