Applied, HR call then face to face interview with 3 people. Dived straight into technical questions, I was challenged 20 mins in on not selling myself well even though they did not start with talking about what the role entailed. Felt it went well but 2 of the 15 or so questions they were dissatisfied and i did not get the job.
