I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group in Jan 2016
Interview
Having completed the online application form and taken the psychometric tests, I was invited to undertake a 30min long video interview. It was not a one-to-one video interview but rather an online application presenting the questions, then allowing candidates 30 seconds to prepare, before giving 90 seconds to record their responses. There were no opportunities to re-record a response, and nor were there any chances to pause the process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Well there was a posting on my schools website about a "women in banking" I applied to that. I had a phone screening asking me about myself and why I was interested in finance. After the event itself, I had two more phone interviews that went well. Then I was invited to their superday at their office in NY and I got the offer the next day!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Birmingham, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Few days after I have submitted my application I received an email letting me choose the hour I would like to have the phone interview. The interviewer called on time and started by explaining me the detail of the next stage if I pass. I started using the headphone which help me to hear him better but he found trouble to hear me, so I use the mobile phone directly which caused me a little difficult. I had to ask him to repeat question because the connection. The interview questions were all about what I knew about the company, why I want to for them, what they did in this industry recently and some behaviour questions like my teamwork experience. There was a tough question about how many windows in Buckingham Palace, which I found unexpected at this stage and struggled to answer it.
