First question on the phone call interview when did I last work which is stated in my cv. Which was provided to them. Couldn't go ahead with interview and hung up on me. Also did not state in the job description about work in the last few years was required for this job role.
Interview process entails completing an online assessment followed by an in person interview once passed.
Need to provide examples of customer service experience and how this will fit into the role of banking. The process is quite straightforward but the online test can be slightly challenging.
