Lockheed Martin interview questions

HR reached out and ghosted me. I sent follow-up email 2 times, no response, no guild, not a single insight of why they didn't proceed with me. Apparently, they don't care at all knowing they're the big guy in gov-contractor. Though I understand in this market, people need a job more than the job needs people, I still feel disrespectful regarding the thought I poured into answer their long questions via email.

LM Utilizes Situation, Task, Action, Results questions. Familiarize yourself with STAR and you’ll have a leg up. Expect 3-5 STAR questions during your interview. This is true of both entry-level and experienced positions, including management.
