Lockheed Martin interview questions

I was asked 6 questions regarding leadership, group work and work ethic. The interviewer was pleasant and easy to talk to. I simply used real life situations to answer the questions. I prepared by analyzing my strengths and weakness and anticipating the type of questions that would be asked. Try not to go off on tangents because you may inadvertently answer other questions and once you get to those questions you won't have much to say.
