Medtronic Production Operator interview questions

Only got a call to confirm a few things,like availability, shift preferences, current job, have I ever worked for them, was very short and not really a proper interview, just a quick brush off

It felt more intimidating than it actually is. Although the interviewer was very helpful with any requests or questions. I sat initially a psychometric test, with additional questions about how I might act in a certain way, quite corporate focused, but revealing also the company’s expectations of your role and responsibilities as an employee.
