phone screening - they did not call me on the scheduled time. instead, someone else called me 2 hours later.
group interview - lasts for 2 hours. first hour is pretty much a lecture. its an informative session about meltwater. you have to standout out of 20 people. where 90% of them were white. 80% of them were white boys. there were 3 interviewers also white. i thought they hire baded on uniqueness and personality but they liked ppl who liked sports, especially hockey and lacrosse a lot LOL. that was it for me.
individual interview - told everyone to book off the entire afternoon because they will be calling to let you know if you made it through the next round and to schedule the next interview on the same day. i waited from 11-5pm for a call. nothing. and i never got a call or an email from anyone ever.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself?
sell me something you are passionate about?
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Interview
Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Interview
HR Screen: 30 minutes
Panel Interview: 60 minutes
Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
