Great phone discussions with my recruiter and internal sources. After a more in-depth discovery call with my recruiter, I was invited to a Happy Hour to meet everyone in person quickly-it was great to connect live and introduce myself before an on-site, give managers and current employees a sense of what I am like in person, it was slightly competitive to make my way to each Meraki contact. Really helped me ease into the on-site. After the Happy Hour, I received great preparation from recruiting team in not only coordinating a strategic time for me, but also providing the proper research materials.
I met with four sales leaders in person and had very genuine and thoughtful discussions.
