I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Mar 2022
Interview
Screened by a recruiter, then interviewed with the hiring manager, all via phone, nothing abnormal, no surprises in the process. Nothing alarming to call out for any future person with an interview at Meta

Question 1
Generic interviews, but would have appreciated knowing it was a temp position in advance
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Jun 2020
Interview
This is quite a well documented process - They'll even send you a video explaining how to approach the tasks which relate to different elements of product management. After a screening call there will usually be two tasks and you'd present to two different teams with follow up questions

Question 1
You'll be given a task and be asked to present how you would approach that. Usually it would relate to a scenario within a Meta business unit
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
The process is well structured. Candidates are given example sessions to help then prepare for 2 initial interviews followed by a third if you get past the first gate. The issue is that because its a big company, the time between the 2 interviews for me was a few months. Considering the amount of prep work and pre interview workshops you have to attend, not getting any feedback regarding the considerable effort you have to put in for this process makes it time consuming and you won't be able to learn where you can improve for other interviews. Ultimately it was for the best, Meta announced huge layoffs following the process and joining the company during that time would have been a disaster.
