I applied in-person. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2020
Interview
First recruiter interview done over the phone. First they send you email and asking schedule the interview date and time. Meanwhile you can create a facebook recruiter account and in that account shows all details related to your interview process. After you pass the recruiter interview then you have screening interviews with 1-3 people. Then you have final interview at the premises.
Process is the same as described here however I didn’t find these type of questions anywhere. Completely caught by surprise when asked what would you do for the next iOS update. And then it was a down hill from there.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
If you are the PM for Apple IOS what would you launch in the next update? If Elon found you and made you the next GM, would you use spacex to launch air travel around the world
Execution: you are the PM for crisis response, what goal will you set for your team. If an engineer suggested you add a crisis response widget on news feed how would go about making the trade off.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Had a preliminary screening with the recruiter which led to scheduling the first round interviews for a later date.
The first round consists of two 45-minute interview: product sense and execution. Product sense is to test your ability to take an abstract idea and turn it into a product, all while providing your framework on how you would do so. Execution is to see what metrics you would choose to monitor performance and why.
I had to reach out to the recruiter almost two weeks after the interview. They chose to not go forth with my application. I asked for feedback on what I could work on and haven't heard back.
