The HR representative exhibited a remarkable blend of friendliness and thorough preparation during our interaction. Her approach was characterized by a genuine warmth that immediately put me at ease. What stood out prominently was her adept utilization of active listening skills, demonstrating a keen interest in understanding my thoughts and concerns.

Interview process was straightforward. Phone call with recruiter and then hiring manager call. Recruiter call was positive and conversational. The hiring manager however felt disconnected and monotone as she went through the motions. Company looks like a good one overall.
