I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process is in-depth with several rounds to ensure both you and Miro are the right fit. The recruiters are incredible with tons of insight and there if you need them. The mock QBR is the third round and the most stressful, but as long as you prepare using their prompt it was a great step. This type of interviewing should be the gold standard, but don't expect an offer in a week!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Classic questions around difficult clients, saves, and how you organize and target your book of accounts. I never felt like there were any curveball questions or an attempt to trip me up.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Nov 2021
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn.
Initial recruiter video Interview - this was just an introductory video call where I was asked about my work experience, projects and I was briefed about the organisation, the teams and the role.
Live Coding Interview - 1 hour live coding session on Hackerrank where I was tested on my javascript skills. The interviewer was quite nice and the session was interactive. I was able to solve 98% of the problem within the time limit.
Unfortunately I didn't make it through to the next round.
Feedback call - had a quick feedback call with the recruiter where she shared the previous interviewers feedback about the live coding session. Although it was mostly positive, I think they didn't go forward as I was unable to solve one edge case.
Overall, it was a positive experience. I think I did alright but I feel Miro's expectations are higher and I couldn't meet that. Plus points for the feedback call.

Interview
The initial interview with a recruiter was very positive and she promised me to arrange the next one with a hiring manager next week (that was even said twice during the call).
Then the recruiter didn't come back to me the next week and I only got a communication one more week later after a reminder I had send.
Finally the recruiter appeared with a messy letter mentioning that the company won't proceed with me despite I have a solid experience. This sounded very inconsistent.
That was a very disappointing experience.
