I applied online. I interviewed at MuleSoft (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied through the website - cover letter and CV required. Interview was very straight up in first instance - talking about CV skills and experiences. Highlighted a lack of sales experience so basically be aware that you need cold calling/sales type experience even if you are applying as a graduate.

Why account development?
What was the most challenging part of X experience?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2017
Interview
2 Phone Interviews, the first with a recruiter, the second with a member of the sales team. They were both very friendly and the questions were pretty standard. Good to be able to sum up what the company does.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MuleSoft (London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was contacted off the back of an employee referral. The actual interview process was fine, the people I met were impressive enough and we had a good discussion. The problem was with the organisation of the whole interview process. The internal HR/Recruitment lady kept asking me for dates and times to meet and then simply didn't confirm anything. It took approx 3 weeks to connect properly and confirm a meeting. I left three emails and three VM's in this period that went unanswered. Granted the interview took place just before Christmas, but the only follow up I have had was an email from a company called 'Greenhouse' on Jan 27, who wanted me to fill in a questionnaire about my experience... "because Mulesoft takes care to ensure its process is well run and candidates have a great experience" ;)!!!! Needless to say, I did take a moment to fill in their questionnaire and it wasn't exactly a rosy endorsement.
