I was sent a three page "Candidate Questionnaire" to complete and return to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Within hours I was asked to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. At the scheduled time, the hiring manager called to apologize about not being able to do the interview at that time, and asking me if he could call me later to reschedule.
I am impressed with the professionalism of the process so far, especially the hiring manager taking the time to break away and at least notify me in person that a scheduling conflict came up. I look forward to expressing this to him in person real soon. I will post more results once I have them.
