NCR Corporation interview questions

I was sent a three page "Candidate Questionnaire" to complete and return to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Within hours I was asked to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. At the scheduled time, the hiring manager called to apologize about not being able to do the interview at that time, and asking me if he could call me later to reschedule. I am impressed with the professionalism of the process so far, especially the hiring manager taking the time to break away and at least notify me in person that a scheduling conflict came up. I look forward to expressing this to him in person real soon. I will post more results once I have them.

In general, the interview process was fair and balanced. Lots of questions regarding background and success in the industry. No real 'zingers' although there was plenty of discussion about the challenges that I'd face in the role. It seemed as if once I got to the onsite interviews that the decision had been made to hire me - assuming I didn't blow the drug screen or the background check. Used a company that pulled exact dates of hire and termination for each position and role that I had... Some of my dates were off by a few months and were 'flagged' as issues. Be careful to not stretch any truths in answering the questions...
