NTT DATA Salesforce Developer interview questions

The process at NTT Data involves resume shortlisting, followed by interview calls. Selected candidates are then scheduled for a Teams interview to assess their suitability for the Salesforce Developer position.

I have given two technical interview rounds, and the last round is a techno-managerial interview primarily focusing on triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Salesforce Configuration Questions on Sharing model and Flow I have cleared all the technical rounds and submitted all the required documents. However, after reaching out, I was informed that my experience level is below what is currently required for the vacancy. It's frustrating and disappointing to have invested time in three rounds of interviews, only to not receive an offer letter. This experience reflects poorly on the HR process at NTT Data.
