After submitting my resume, I got an email asking me to immediately schedule two back-to-back 1 hour interviews. I hadn't even had an HR screen, so I went in confused as to what the calls were even supposed to accomplish. I correctly solved both coding questions, only to hear back three weeks later that I was not selected.
While I enjoyed speaking to my actual interviewers, the overall process was extremely disorganized

Lots of questions and some case studies but fairly straight forward about the business. Also asked generic behavioral interview questions that you would come across in most all of your interviews.
