Interview
Never in my life I have seen a more effective hr. They conducted interview in an amazing manner. I reached venue at 10 am . By 10:05 the laptop was ready and I gave online test. Once online test finished, within 5 minutes 1 st round of interview. After 1st round of interview within 5 minutes 2 Nd round of interview. Left the centre and reached home. Received an email from hr that I am not selected. Not like usual where they don’t respond if they don’t want to take you. 2nd round interviewer was crappy and wanted me to be a project manager plus scrum master. He also expected vp’s to attend scrum meetings which I opposed.

Can you perform both project manger and scrum master role ?
Aptitude test Written test Interview- 2 rounds- tech and HR The aptitude test results are valid for 2 years, so if yoiu pass, you dont have to give it again within 2 years if you re-apply
The interview process was long but totally worth it. I enjoy each at worth it. I am able to add value each day. The autonomy to work and take decisions, the way of empowering employees is excellent here.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nagarro (Gurgaon, Haryana)

Process was very lengthy.They took 5-6 rounds and at the end they said now one more VP round is left.After that they forgot and never call me up.
This is really pathetic after spending complete one day ,you have to wait for last round which never happened.
