I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nagarro (Bengaluru) in Oct 2019
Interview
Application
I applied via Naukri for a planned Walkin in Bangalore. Got confirmation mail in 2 days with timings and the process.
Interview
Attended the process on 20th Oct.
The first round was a F2F interview with a DM, focused on what I have done, Qs were focussed on Agile.
Post that there was an IQ test, 50Qs in 12 mins, though Qs were easy, time was less
Next was MCQs, 50Qs in 60 mins, focus more on PMP stuff, very few Qs on Agile
Next there were 2 more F2F rounds of discussions including a VP level
Post that HR round
Note - Only successful candidates go to next round, few folks got rejected post IQ round itself
Result
Post final round HR informed that they would contact back, got a rejection mail next day. The good part is at least they send the email, others dont even inform
Aptitude test Written test Interview- 2 rounds- tech and HR The aptitude test results are valid for 2 years, so if yoiu pass, you dont have to give it again within 2 years if you re-apply
The interview process was long but totally worth it. I enjoy each at worth it. I am able to add value each day. The autonomy to work and take decisions, the way of empowering employees is excellent here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked about the past projects, challenges, your role in that.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nagarro (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Process was very lengthy. They took 5-6 rounds and at the end they said now one more VP round is left. After that they forgot and never call me up.
This is really pathetic after spending complete one day ,you have to wait for last round which never happened.
