I worked as a customer service representative at a loan company. I had a lady come in at around 10 minutes to closing wanting a loan for a vehicle. It was not possible with this company for me to stay late to do the loan. The lady came in first thing the next day and the vehicle had been sold. She was very upset about not getting her son the truck he wanted. I made several calls that day and found the same model and make with less mileage for the same price. I called her she came in and was beyond happy and even sent me flowers for going above abs beyond her expectations.
