I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia in Mar 2010
Interview
Overall process was pretty simple, job description and role was well defined and clarified before hiring, few rounds of discussions with the various individuals, however experience with HR was not very good as things were not projected well, information not shared fully, commitments were made verbally and not met. Would recommend everythingh to be taken in black and white only.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Miami, FL) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview was good and actually I was on of the two last candidates, but it took a lot of interviews with diferent areas, IQ teste were challanging considering that even tough you have all the expirience most of this test are multiple choice with a time restriction, with a tight schedule, travels and other things, is hard to take this kind of test on a controled enviroment.
Recruiter interviews are good for young profesionals but are useless when you are interviewing somebody with a long carrer path, most of the question are really silly or not relevant for the position, it is mor important have a verificable expirience insetad of this kind of interviews.
