Northrop Grumman interview questions

Main objective of the interview was to really just understand who you are as a person, whether a team player or solo flyer. They also like to review some projects that you've done in the past, preferably ones where you ran into issues to get a sense of how you break down problems and tackle them.

Process was two weeks, discussed package with recruiter, and then had interview with a hiring manager. Process was easy. Questions walked through resume and asked about design experience. Received Offer a few days after.
