I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Redondo Beach, CA) in Sep 2010
Interview
The process consisted off an online application. Which led to a phone interview. Since I was from it of state they flew me in for an interview. I met with a panel of department leads and human resources. I was taken to lunch by some typical Co-workers and given a tour of the facilities.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Mar 2012
Interview
Internal referral, first I was brought in to do a 1 on 1 interview with the one engineer, and then it was a group interview. Two weeks later, I was brought in to interview with the direct people I would be working with in a group setting. Excellent HR/Recruiter interaction, very professional

Question 1
How would you link DoDAF views to requirements mapping, in the context of software development? What views would you use, and how?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Sunnyvale, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview was laid back, with some usual stereotypical questions, given a scenario, etc. From my perspective it was awesome. Everyone was friendly, and people that work there seem happy. I have not started yet.
My advice would be just be yourself.
