I applied online. I interviewed at Nuance (Burlington, MA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process was clearly disorganized and unprofessional. One interview had two people, one of whom brought his newborn to the call, put himself on mute, and didn't participate at all. Discussions with the technical staff made it clear that management does not listen, and is out of touch. I was told several times by various people that management selected Azure when everyone in Engineering believed that was their worst option. I also got to hear about how management pushed for a very aggressive lift-and-shift operation, and forced the engineering team to work nights and weekends for months to make the deadline. Incompetent management, stressed out engineers - this is what I got out of my interviews.

This group was unprepared. The questions were mainly "tell me about yourself" and "oh, tell me more about that".
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Pune) in Mar 2021
Interview
The first technical round was around 1 hour. The interviewer was good and helped you to understand the question in a better way. The second round was designing, managerial and long discussion of my current company product architecture.
