I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nuance (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Nov 2011
Interview
I applied through on line. It took around 2 weeks to get the interview chance. As the company is located in the city I lived. I came to the company directly without phone interview.
The first is about technical questions. There were three people sitting in front of me. All of them are the researchers there. They first asked me my previous working experiences to check whether I was suitable for the position or not. Then they asked me to explain which tools I had used and explain the technical terms. But although it matched their direction, it was too researched based, and the interviewers eventually asked me to do 5 coding problems on the computer.
