Multiple rounds, first a phone call, then a panel interview with a presentation. The phone call happened shortly after the application. The panel interview was not as bad as it sounds.

(Through COVID pandemic - all interviews were virtual)
Was contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn.
Started with 45 minute phone screen with recruiter.
Then interviewed with Regional Manager.
Then interviewed with another Regional Manager.
Received a phone call the next day from recruiter that they want to extend the offer, had a zoom call, and accepted!
Process took about a month, recruiter was always quick to get back to me.

What do you know about Oracle?
Tell me about a time you had a disagreement in a team. What did you do?
Mostly behavioral questions, technical questions did not appear until the later rounds of the interview process. Multiple rounds of zoom interviews. Interviewers were very nice and helpful throughout the process. Last interview is more technical. Looking for sales experience.
