Oracle Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

It began with a zoom with the hiring manager, from there it moved to a 2 round behavioral interview. The interviews were back-to-back basic behavioral questions and then a mock cold call that you were able to prepare for. The hiring manager for this particular role was not great. I never heard back from them when I had questions and was sent a rejection email with no response when asked for feedback.

Interview was quick and easy, very casual. Over the phone and then on zoom. Very standard and simple. Asked about typical things. Questions ranged on previous positions to what’s your why.
