I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Bengaluru) in Aug 2012
Interview
Interview was a 3 round process which included a technical round and 2 managers round.
The interview process was pretty flexible with all my rounds being in telephonic or skype rounds.
However this has its cons too as a telephonic round does not identify whether the candidate is a genuine one or not

Question 1
I was asked to program an application that takes cares of the wages of employees for their extra working hours. provided that you have to follow the OOPS and implement design pattern and write test cases and all the test cases should be passed. The code should be reusable for future and should use junit for test cases. Once done, code was reviewed by their developers and asked queries regarding the approach, design pattern, ER diagram of the code etc. Overall it was a good experience.
